Within the typology of a standard suburban ranch house, certain views are provided through punched openings. As these openings provide views to the outside, simultaneously glimpses into the private interior are offered to passersby. The idea of a house with open blinds is exaggerated to the point where the actual physical space mutates to create spaces that are specifically about the interaction in the gray space between public and private. The intent is unapologetically voyeuristic as the openings shift to unconventional dimensional ratios.
